商品発送・引渡し時期

商品により発送時期は異なるため、お急ぎの場合は注文前に納期時期をお問い合わせください。

当社東京営業所に在庫がある場合は、3~5日以内に発送いたします。

お急ぎの場合は在庫確認もお問い合わせください。


イベント出店時は、ブースにて直接お渡しすることも可能です。

商品引渡し方法

当方にて手配後、運送会社による配送

店頭受け取り(イベント出店時、本社ご来店)

発送方法

佐川急便 着払い

(大型の場合は西濃運輸) 

料金は佐川急便料金一覧をご参照ください。

返品・不良品について

「不良品・当社の商品の間違い」の場合は当社が負担いたします。

配送途中の破損などの事故がございましたら、弊社までご連絡下さい。

送料・手数料ともに弊社負担で早急に代わりの商品をご送付致します。

ただし、お伝え頂いた情報と、送った商品が年式やグレード等の違いにより適合しない場合の送料と手数料はお客様のご負担となります。

【返品対象】

お送りした商品に不良がある場合、間違って発送した場合は返品・交換をお受けいたします。

交換の場合はただちに正しい商品をお送りします。

【返品時期】

ご購入後10日以内にご連絡があった場合に返金可能となります。

【返品方法】

メール、または電話で返金を要請してください。

3営業日以内にご購入代金を指定の口座へお振込み致します。

Taxes and or Tariffs levied by your country upon shipment are the responsibility of the buyer.

Product Shipment

Shipping times vary depending on the product, so if you are in a hurry, please inquire about the delivery period before ordering.

If the product is in stock at our Tokyo office, it will be shipped within 3 to 5 days.

If you are in a hurry, please also contact us to check stock availability.

Direct Product Pickup

We do not accept customer visits to our location. If interested in picking up parts in person, please attend shows or exhibitions Final Heaven attends and notify us in advance.

Returns / Defective Products

Returns 
Our policy lasts 14 days from receipt of goods. If 14 days have gone by since receipt, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

If you were sent the wrong part, you will be refunded in full. If you ordered the incorrect part, we can process an exchange or offer store credit. Postage fees will not be refunded.

Custom order / Made to order goods cannot be returned.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

 
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email.

Shipping
To return your product, please email us to receive the address to send the item.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
