Shipping Methods and Fees
Orders are primarily delivered by our partner carriers, such as Sagawa Express, Yamato Transport, and FedEx.
The shipping method is automatically selected based on the order contents and destination.
Shipping Fees:
- Domestic (within Japan): Cash on delivery (COD)
- International: Shipping fees vary by region. Please check the shipping cost displayed at checkout.
Note: Additional charges may apply for oversized or heavy items.
Shipping Timeframe
In-stock items are usually shipped within 3–5 business days after order confirmation (or payment confirmation).
For made-to-order or pre-order items, please refer to the product page for estimated delivery times or contact us directly.

Shipping Notification
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes a tracking number.
You can use the tracking link provided to check the delivery status.
Additional Notes
- In case of damage or loss during transit, compensation will follow the carrier's policy.
- If an item is returned due to incomplete address or failed delivery, the reshipping cost will be borne by the customer.
- Customs duties or import taxes may be charged based on the regulations of the destination country and are the customer's responsibility.
