This is an Outer Rocker Panel for a Datsun 240Z.
Any 240Z owner knows that the outer rockers are one of the most notorious areas for these cars to rust. Road grime blocks drainage holes and water settles here causing rust to form from the inside.
These parts are created by 3d Scanning factory items before machining steel dies/presses and stamping. These parts save you having to pay expensive body shops to make the panels by hand.
With these parts, you can significantly reduce the effort and time required for sheet metal work, and it will be a shortcut to restoring your beloved car to it's original glory.
